Isaac Construction was a pleasure to work with. I presented what I wanted and Cody was very open minded and knew exactly what I was going for and offered suggestions as this was my first house I’ve had built. Would highly recommend them for your dream home build. I receive many compliments from neighbors and folks just passing by.

It was a great experience having Isaac Construction and crew build our custom cottage-style home. Cody started building in September 2024, after we provided building plans to him. He was able to complete construction on-time as promised and before Christmas Day! He was always pleasant to work with during the construction process. During the construction phase, Cody was always available for questions and suggested modifications. Cody maintained the overall projected cost within our budget and even reduced some sub-contractor’s estimates where available. Cody improved on our original floor plans and interior layout of the residence, resulting in a more efficient cottage-style interior.

Building a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, so choosing the right builder was extremely important to us. We are so glad we chose Cody and Isaac Construction. From start to finish, Cody was honest, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our home. What impressed us most was the quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The finished home exceeded our expectations, and it’s clear that Cody takes great pride in his work. We also felt the house was very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality, materials, and care that went into every part of the build.

Cody Isaac and his team were perfect from planning to completion of our office remodel. Much of the work was completed on weekends and after hours as we weren’t able to close. Organized and communication was spot on — would hire Isaac Construction again.

My husband and I added onto our older home this spring and are so glad we used Isaac Construction. Being an older home, we knew we’d run into issues but Cody and his team made it such a smooth process. I cannot say enough good things about them! The communication and professionalism was incredible, which is something hard to find. We are beyond happy with the addition (master bathroom, walk in closet, and laundry room). It is even better than expected!

Isaac Construction built our barn July 2025. They did an amazing job! Very clear communication, ALL crews were great to work with. We researched many companies before choosing Isaac Construction. I felt like Cody was all about quality and stopping by regularly to check on the project. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Highly recommend for barns, custom builds etc!

Cody communicated with us often and thoroughly explained each step of the process. He was always responsive and patient when we had crazy questions and excited for us as our home came together! If this wasn’t our forever home, we’d choose him to build for us again!
