A builder who stays involved.
Cody Isaac founded Isaac Construction to offer something that had become hard to find: a builder who stays personally involved from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

A career in construction
Before starting the company, Cody built a career managing construction projects — multi-family and residential work, from pre-construction through completion.

Brought home to Charlestown
He brought that discipline home to Charlestown: clear scopes, honest budgets and a schedule you can follow.

Grown by word of mouth
The company has grown by word of mouth across Clark County and the surrounding region, one home, barndominium and remodel at a time. Rather than carrying a large fixed staff, Cody pairs his own hands-on work with a vetted network of local trades — which keeps overhead lean and quality high.

Cody Isaac’s career has been in the built environment, specializing in multi-family and residential construction. He has worked on project scopes from $200K to $52M, including multi-year contracts, with experience that runs from pre-construction to project completion.
His focus is process improvement, efficiency and critical analysis — finding the better way to sequence a job, set a budget or solve a problem on site. At Isaac Construction he brings that to every home, barndominium and remodel, and stays your main point of contact from first meeting to handoff.
Building a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, so choosing the right builder was extremely important to us. We are so glad we chose Cody and Isaac Construction. From start to finish, Cody was honest, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our home. What impressed us most was the quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The finished home exceeded our expectations, and it’s clear that Cody takes great pride in his work. We also felt the house was very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality, materials, and care that went into every part of the build.Read the full review
Isaac Construction built our barn July 2025. They did an amazing job! Very clear communication, ALL crews were great to work with. We researched many companies before choosing Isaac Construction. I felt like Cody was all about quality and stopping by regularly to check on the project. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Highly recommend for barns, custom builds etc!Read the full review
Cody communicated with us often and thoroughly explained each step of the process. He was always responsive and patient when we had crazy questions and excited for us as our home came together! If this wasn’t our forever home, we’d choose him to build for us again!Read the full review
It was a great experience having Isaac Construction and crew build our custom cottage-style home. Cody started building in September 2024, after we provided building plans to him. He was able to complete construction on-time as promised and before Christmas Day! He was always pleasant to work with during the construction process. During the construction phase, Cody was always available for questions and suggested modifications. Cody maintained the overall projected cost within our budget and even reduced some sub-contractor’s estimates where available. Cody improved on our original floor plans and interior layout of the residence, resulting in a more efficient cottage-style interior.Read the full review
Cody Isaac and his team were perfect from planning to completion of our office remodel. Much of the work was completed on weekends and after hours as we weren’t able to close. Organized and communication was spot on — would hire Isaac Construction again.Read the full review
My husband and I added onto our older home this spring and are so glad we used Isaac Construction. Being an older home, we knew we’d run into issues but Cody and his team made it such a smooth process. I cannot say enough good things about them! The communication and professionalism was incredible, which is something hard to find. We are beyond happy with the addition (master bathroom, walk in closet, and laundry room). It is even better than expected!Read the full review
Isaac Construction was a pleasure to work with. I presented what I wanted and Cody was very open minded and knew exactly what I was going for and offered suggestions as this was my first house I’ve had built. Would highly recommend them for your dream home build. I receive many compliments from neighbors and folks just passing by.Read the full review
